Jason Cundy has ripped into Chelsea’s ‘pathetic’ show of their 3-2 defeat at West Ham on Wednesday evening.
The previous Blues defender watched on in dismay as his aspect conceded a late winner from Andriy Yarmolenko to cap off a woeful efficiency.
The Blues had been arguably lucky to not go behind early on as Tomas Soucek’s first strike was controversially dominated out by VAR.
Willian then put Chelsea in entrance, just for Soucek to web once more in stoppage time on the finish of the primary half.
“We almost went in at half-time at 1-0,” Cundy mentioned on the talkSPORT Sports activities Bar.
“I feel they’re unfortunate to have the primary objective dominated off.
“I imply, look, they scored 4 objectives tonight. We scored two set items.
“We had been pathetic. Truthfully, I’m so upset in what I noticed tonight. Nothing.
“We’ve acquired what we deserved, we’ve acquired what we deserved as we speak.
“I’m sorry, it was a poor show.
“West Ham, tactically, they performed the sport that they wished to play.
“And it’s as much as Chelsea to play that sport that we need to play.
“Over 90 minutes, West Ham scored 4 objectives – although one was disallowed – Chelsea scored two, and two set items.
“Nothing was created in open play, that’s gonna disappoint Frank.”
